All real estate agents are required to function under the umbrella of a brokerage office and I’m proud to be a part of Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. This office is the largest brokerage office in all of Florida and is probably the largest in the nation, having over 700 agents.

My history is less important that my dedication to my customers but you may want to know that I’m from the mid-west, graduated from Purdue University, and worked in upper level management positions within the automotive supplier industry in Detroit for several years. Attention to detail is a prerequisite for service, quality, and performance in that industry and that carries over to my work for you.

A Christian background and strong belief in our maker helps me to deal fairly and honestly and to provide you the information needed to make an informed, rational decision.

I vacationed in this area for many, many years before permanently locating here and therefore know the questions and emotions of making such a move. It is not always done with just one visit and many times the decision to locate in a residential neighborhood, on a golf course, or on the beach is a drawn-out process.
